New: Monthly Restorative Yoga Class
Our fast-paced multi-tasking lives can leave us feeling frazzled and exhausted - we need a break!
My monthly restorative class is aimed at deep release and rest physically and mentally so that we restore healthy function to our body systems. Lots of props mean that total comfort is assured! You will feel refreshed, relaxed and re-energised.
Restful, restorative yoga can help to:
reduce blood pressure
improve the immune function
reduce muscle tension

The needs of a post-natal mum are often underestimated or side-lined - not here!
I offer a friendly and supportive Mummy & Me Yoga class for bonding and postnatal recovery on Thursdays in N12 11am-12noon. Suitable up until babies are crawling. Book your place here.

I also offer Postnatal Reflexology in both my N12 and NW3 clinics. Regular sessions give the best results so I recommend 5 or 10 session packages.
Are you through baby’s first year?
Post-natal recovery doesn't stop when you go back to work!
Many cultures recognise that full recovery from pregnancy and birth can take up to 2-4 years! Full recovery requires good sleep (we wish!), good nutrition, management of stress any anxiety and healthy movement.
I offer a Well Women Yoga class on Wednesdays 8:15-9:30pm at Yoga Balance. We focus on releasing stress and tension, improving mobility, building core strength (including pelvic floor) and healthy movement to improve prolapse, and deep rest to restore energy. Book your place here
Regular Reflexology can help to relieve stress, improve sleep, digestion and encourage a healthy menstrual cycle. Regular sessions give the best results so I recommend 5 or 10 session packages.
