In our fast paced city lives, the imperative to do more, faster, can mean that sometimes our efforts to be fit and healthy in fact lead us further towards burn out. Excessive activity, stress and lack of good sleep impact our nerves, immunity, hormones, fertility and digestion.

My monthly restorative class is aimed at deep release and rest physically and mentally so that we restore healthy function to our body systems. Lots of props mean that total comfort is assured! You will feel refreshed, relaxed and re-energised.

Pregnancy Yoga offers you the space to simply be with your pregnancy, connect with your body, heart, mind and baby. You will learn practises to keep you comfortable and healthy during pregnancy. These can also be used to help you birth your baby and improve postnatal recovery. We recommend weekly attendance throughout your pregnancy.

WELL WOMAN YOGA - Wednesdays 8.15pm-9.30pm

A class to honour and nurture the ever changing cycles and rhythms of women’s lives. This feminine approach to yoga   encourages us to practise with awareness and respect for where we are each day. All women can benefit from this class including those with stress and exhaustion, menstrual  or fertility issues, postnatal recovery and during menopause.

MUMMY & ME YOGA - Thursdays 11am-12noon

For mums and babies up to crawling age.

A practical and fun class to  nurture and support mothers in their post- natal recovery. Specific attention is given to pelvic floor and core, healthy movement and relieving stress and anxiety. Babies get to join in too! We have songs and movements to help their development and deepen the bond you have with them.

YOGA FOR CANCER - Fridays 2.30pm-3.30pm

A slow class aimed at supporting people living with and recovering from cancer. With mindful movements and breathing we aim to release stress and tension, and regain mobility and strength. Many students of the class also find support through each other.
